Dear Dialogue Nominee:

Congratulations! Your "Sponsor" (the person who invited you to Dialogue as her guest) has asked you to submit an application to Wednesday Morning Dialogue. Before you fill out this application, you must have attended two previous in person meetings of Dialogue. Every applicant must be sponsored by a current member in good-standing, and the Sponsor must complete a Nomination form. Please make sure that your Sponsor is aware that you are filling out this Application, as it will not be considered for Membership without a corresponding Nomination form.

The Mission of Dialogue is "to gather together a diverse group of women in the community who have excelled in their field, profession, or community service; to provide them with an opportunity to become acquainted with each other and exchange ideas on topics of mutual interest; to encourage intellectual development and help open new vistas of thought."

We welcome new members who fulfill our goal to strengthen and deepen our membership with a broad and diverse representation of outstanding women, who excel in their professional field and/or personal endeavors and are looking to share and expand their horizons with other women. If you are interested in joining Dialogue, please make sure that you ask your Sponsor to answer any questions you may have about Dialogue before you fill out this application.

INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE BOTH PAGES OF THIS APPLICATION. 

  • Fill in the information required on the page below and continue to page 2 by clicking "NEXT." Once you have filled out your information on both parts of your application and clicked "SUBMIT," you will receive and automatic "Thank You" response, and your information will be sent to our Board of Directors for approval.  If you do not receive this confirmation or have difficulty with your submission, please contact us at the email below.
  • Please make a note of the Username and Password that you will be providing on the page below. You will use this information to log into the Dialogue website once you have become a member. 
  • Our Membership Chair will notify you of approval by the Board. When your Membership Dues have been received you will be upgraded to an "Active Member" and will receive email notices of upcoming meetings.  You will also then be able to upload a profile and picture to be included in the Online Membership Directory. 


New members will have an opportunity to introduce themselves to the membership at one of the next meetings following approval, and you will be asked to submit Annual Dues, or an applicable pro-rated amount. Annual Dues, thereafter, will be due by the December meeting prior to the start of the new year.
